Q: What Is Hammoq?

Hammoq is the fastest way to sell items and products across multiple marketplaces with a simplified listing and cross listing software. We have a dedicated team that helps you manage and streamline your business to source and grow your business.

Q: What Is Cross Listing?

Cross listing is a great way to effectively boost your sales, profits and exposure.

Q: Can you list every product or item I without brand or details? .

We can't do unbranded or old vintage products without a box or labels.

Q: Does Hammoq require a Credit Card to get started?

Yes, when you signup you will need to make a one-time payment of $100 that goes towards listings. You will be able to see your balance in your dashboard.

Q: Does Hammoq Have An Affiliate Program?

2. Getting Started

Q: How do I Sign Up?

Signing up is easy! Click get started and watch the short video that provides useful information, then fill out our setup form with details on how we can help you with your unique requirements. Once you hit submit, you will sign up and log in to our software and access our Virtual Assistance that enables you to streamline your business after a one-time payment of $100 that goes towards listings.

Q: To create an account, does Hammoq need my account info and login information?

Yes, We need login info for most marketplaces so we can cross list and manage your sales; depending on what marketplaces you sell on, we need permissions when you fill out the setup form before your one-time payment of $100.

Q: Do I have to download/install anything?

Nope. You do not need to download or install anything.

Q: Is there a contract?

Nope, No contracts.

Q: Is there a free trial?

We do not offer a conventional trial. However, we will fully refund your $100 deposit (which goes towards listings) if you are not satisfied.

Q: Is there a mobile app?

We are currently developing our mobile app. However, our mobile experience is using the same database and same code base as the desktop experience, so there is no difference between the two. Our web app is optimized to be usable and functional on even the smallest devices.

3. Account Management

Q: What types of products can I list?

You can list any product with Hammoq! From clothing to furniture to miscellaneous products like tires and tools.

Q: How many listings can I have?

You can have as many listings as you want. No limits on how many listings and cross listings.

Q: How many photos can I upload per listing?

You can upload a maximum of 12 photos per listing. If you have a unique circumstance, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How long does a listing take?

On average, our customers can do 50 listings per hour using HAMMOQ.

Q: Which marketplaces can I list on?

You can list on any marketplace such as eBay Mercari, Poshmark, Shopify Offerup Depop Craigslist, Letgo Tradsy, and many more marketplaces.

Q: Am I going to be notified when an Item is sold?

Yup, we will notify you when your item is sold.

Q: Can my marketplace be banned because of Hammoq?

No, your marketplace profiles are 100% safe and secure. Hammoq operates within the Terms of Use of every marketplace we offer crossposting services to.

Q: Does Hammoq automatically end my listings when they sell?

We have a de-listing option that automatically ends your listing when they sell.

Q: I accidentally upload the wrong photo. How do I remove a photo after submitting it to list on muliple marketplaces?

You will be able to edit your photo and listings even after you submit it.

Q: Is my data secure?

Absolutely! All of your data and files, photos, are transferred via 256-bit SSL encryption (the same level of security used by most banks), and all data is stored on FTC and CCPA Privacy Shield compliant servers.
