Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation and Marketing Manager at HAMMOQ Inc. located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. The Lead Generation and Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and hyper-focus on acquiring new business leads to drive additional revenue.

Qualifications

- Lead Generation Experience
- Social Media Advertising Experience
- Content Creation Experience
- Social Media Posting Experience
- Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Brand Strategy,and Business Development Skills
- Experience In e-Commerce Or Resale Industry Is A Plus
- Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively
- Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Related Field Or Relevant Work History With Examples

Responsibilities

- This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive lead generation and business growth
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of YouTube, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
- Work directly with our Video Photographer and Director of Sales to create new blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements on YouTube, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Meta
- Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad strategies and creatives
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting
- Help manage ad budgets and track spending to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to improve key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Stay up-to-date on YouTube Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads best practices and trendsGenerate weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance.
